Configuration and protection
Horizon and AirPair can each be deployed in one of three configurations: mesh, hub or point-to-point. The desired configuration is dependent largely on the target application. A network can also be deployed, as suited for the applications, with any combination of these configurations.
In addition, DragonWave offers several protection schemes that can be implemented to achieve hardened redundant links. These include path diversity, equipment redundancy and network configurations.
Whatever the network configuration, DragonWave’s next generation wireless Ethernet platform is highly resistant to data intercept and decoding.
